This website www.xshield.in and the services described on it are operated by GOUP Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Xshield Security", "we", "us"), Office No. 211, Second Floor, Krishna Mall, Sector 12 Dwarka, Ashirwad Chowk, New Delhi 110078. By visiting this website, booking a visit, accepting a quotation or making a payment to us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our services

We supply, install, repair and maintain CCTV and IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking, electric and smart door locks, video and audio door phones (VDP/ADP), smart WiFi cameras, GPS trackers, alarm systems and live night monitoring, for homes, shops, offices and buildings in Delhi NCR.

2. Bookings and quotations

A booking is confirmed when we share a Job ID by SMS or WhatsApp. You will receive the name and number of the technician before the visit.
Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices of products may change with the manufacturer's price.
Final billing is based on the actual material used and work done at site, which our technician will explain before starting extra work.

3. Visit and inspection charges

Repair, complaint and inspection visits carry a visit charge that is told to you at the time of booking. If you go ahead with the work, the visit charge may be adjusted in the final bill as mentioned in your quotation.

4. Job completion

A job is closed when you check the work and share the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Please check all cameras, recordings, locks and devices before sharing the OTP.

5. Payments

Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer, UPI, cards, net banking or through a secure payment link.
Online payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
Material and installation charges are payable on completion of the job unless an advance is agreed in the quotation. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

6. Warranty

Products: covered by the manufacturer's warranty (for example cameras, DVR/NVR, hard disks, locks). We help you raise and follow up warranty claims.
Our workmanship: new installation work is covered for 12 months and repair work for 3 months from the date of job completion, as shown on your Xshield Care plate / QR.
Warranty does not cover damage from power surges, water, fire, lightning, rodents, physical damage, tampering, or work done by any other person.

7. Night monitoring and subscriptions

Night monitoring is a human monitoring service that helps raise an alert (speaker warning, call to you and, where needed, to police) when unusual activity is seen on your cameras. It depends on your internet, power and camera working properly. It reduces risk but is not a guarantee against theft or loss, and we are not an insurance provider.

8. Customer responsibilities

Provide safe access to the site, power points and any permissions needed from your society or landlord.
Keep your device passwords private. Change default passwords shared at handover if you wish.
Use cameras lawfully and respect the privacy of others.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job or service. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or footage, or loss caused by events beyond our control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
